As the Head of Business Development your key responsibilities include:

• Research and understand the territory to identify potential target sites


• Conduct research on client backgrounds and industry landscapes to fully comprehend client needs


• Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and self-generated leads


• Build a robust pipeline based on personal conversion ratios, ensuring consistent monthly target delivery


• Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders throughout the process


• Evaluate the commercial aspects of proposed sites and suggest improvements if needed


• Reinforce, maintain, and develop the company's brand


• Deliver professional presentations to both internal and external audiences

The successful Head of Business Development will receive an amazing salary of £70,000 per annum.

This exciting position is a Full Time role working through Days.

This is a hybrid position, must be able to come into the office and able to work from home.
