Mobile Mechanical Engineer

Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Bracknell, Reading and Bassingstoke - £39,000

Exciting role to join a Leading National maintenance Service provider that is looking to expand its operation and bring in a specialised Commercial Mechanical Maintenance engineer to supply this service to the retail client in and around the Bassinsgstoke, Bracknell and Reading area.

You will be joining their current Mobile maintenance team and will be working within an International retail brand and banking environment carrying out Service and Breakdowns on Mechanical and HVAC systems across South West in Bracknell, Bassingstoke and Reading. 

You will be responsible for all commercial mechanical maintenance as well as general building services in Bassingstoke, Reading and Bracknell. 

Hours of Work

Monday - Friday 08:00 am -17:00 pm.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 & 3 Mechanical Engineer / Plumbing / Hvac
  • Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
  • Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces
  • On-Call Rota.
  • Good verbal and written communication is important, including the ability to use a mobile device.
  • Self motivated and solutions focussed with the ability to work without supervision but also enjoy working as part of a team.
  • Full Drivers License

Responsibilities

  • PPM & Reactive maintenance
  • Mechanical Maintenance / HVAC / Plumbing  - Service/maintenance
  • Your main duties will be service and maintenance AHU's, FCU's, Plumbing systems and HVAC plant.
  • Pumps & Motor maintenance 
  • Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
