Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Sloane Square, Mayfair & Piccadilly, London - £40,000 + Travel (Zones 1 - 6)

An exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Service Provider situated over 3 properties in Sloane Square, Mayfair & Piccadilly, London.

The successful candidates will be electrically qualified (C&G Level 3 Electrical ) and will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Working alongside the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance across 3 Sites including a Private residence overlooking Hyde Park, A commercial office's in Mayfair & Piccadilly and penthouse in Sloane Square as part of the tenant team. 

This may suit someone who has an installation background and some maintenance experience but is looking for a career in Commercial Building maintenance. 

Hours of work

Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 16:00pm

Key duties & Responsibilities
  • Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
  • Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
  • Emergency lighting tests
  • Air Handling Unit’s
  • Building Management Systems
  • Air Conditioning equipment
  • Cold Water systems
  • Heating and Ventilation systems
  • Emergency lighting
  • Fan Coil Units
  • Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
  • Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
  • BMS System - Monitor (i.e.

    Hot & Colds)
  • Escort / organise sub contractors
  • Attend client meetings if required
  • Ensure site log books are kept up to date
  • Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3
  • City & Guilds - 17th / 18th Edition
  • Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled
  • Good communication skills
