Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer x 2 - Moorgate, London - Up to £48000 

I have a fantastic opportunities to work for a leading maintenance company in Moorgate, London, working at a new corporate office building on behalf of a large property management company.

You will carry out PPM's and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks within a corporate office building.

 

My client is looking for a Electrical and mechanical Maintenance Engineers with experience in critical building services to work on a High profile New Building in Moorgate, London.

Hours

Monday to Friday - 08:00am - 17:00pm

Requirements

• Apprentice Trained
• Electrical or Mechanical - City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 or Equivalent

• 17th Edition
• Client Facing
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Critical Environments such as Banking HQ and Data Centres
• HV / LV Authorised (Desirble)
• Commercial Building Maintenance Experience
• Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm, clear thinking and able to deliver the required services to the client within given time constraints.

• Basic Salary of £48,000

• Electrical and Mechanical PPM's and Reactive maintenance
• General building services tasks
• Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, Water treatment
• Working within a Corporate environment - Knowledge of UPS, BMS, Chillers, Cooling plant, HV and LV systems
• Working as part of a small maintenance team to deliver a great service to the client
• Assisting with Shutdowns
• Escorting Sub-contractors, Issuing permits / RAMS
