Mobile Fabric Engineer/Handyman - Horsham - Up to £26,000

CBW has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced fabric technician/Handyman to be part of a leading FM company on a permanent basis.

This mobile role, with company van provided, covers Horsham and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will have previous building maintenance experience (joinery, basic plumbing/electrics).

• Changing of locks, door closures and door furniture
• Basic plumbing and small leak repairs
• Painting, decorating and making good
• Fitting of carpet tiles
• Assist engineers where possible

• Carrying out PPM tasks
• Filter changes

• Joinery, basic plumbing/electrics experience
• Previous FM building maintenance experience 
• Customer facing attitude 
• Ability to work well as a team
• Driving license
