An exciting opportunity to join an established luxury commercial estate based in Knightsbridge, London has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a luxury commercial estate for a high-profile client located near Knightsbridge, London.

The client ensures that the properties they maintain are presented to the highest standard possible. 

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Electrical Maintenance and have a proven track record.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £40,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.


In return, my client is offering a very competitive package including:

• A basic salary of up to £40,000
• Plenty of overtime at 1.5x
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays

• Monday to Friday – 08:00-16:00, 09:00-17:00, 10:00-18:00 interchanging
• Call out required, paid at 1.5x

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Knowledge & installation of LED lighting
• General property maintenance & installation work.
• Carry out testing, inspection & certification of distribution boards and fixed wiring installations.
• Knowledge of plant room electrical services, including motors, pumps, FCU etc.
•  Adhere to all company policies & procedures, particularly to health & safety.

• Electrically or mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3
• City & Guilds - 18th Edition
• C&G 2391 Inspection, Testing and Certification of Electrical Installations or C&G 2394 Initial Verification and C&G 2395 Periodic Inspection and Testing Existing Installations or equivalent.
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing  
• Full clean UK driving license
