Night Shift Mobile Fan Coil Unit Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider – £45,000 - £49,000 + Van and fuel card

Exciting opportunity to work for an emerging FM service provider situated in the London.

CBW are currently looking for a Mobile FCU / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to cover a number commercial offices within Central London. 

The successful candidates will be mechanically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial retail building maintenance. 

This is a Van Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where he or she will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to mechanical plant with particular emphasis on FCU maintenance.

In return the company is offering a competitive salary between £45,000-£49,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training.

Due to the nature of the role this position is for an out of hours engineer to carry out FCU maintenance. 

Key duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM's & Reactive maintenance on FCU's and AHU's
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• BMS 
• Ensuring log books are kept up to date
• Escorting specialist sub contractors
• Offering technical support

• City & Guilds – mechanically/plumbing qualified – level 2&3
• You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
• A proven track record in commercial or High end residential building maintenance
• An understanding of commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
