Senior People and OD Business Partner
About You
Do you want to shape, develop and deliver people policy?
Can you contribute to the development of corporate plans, translating organisational requirements into effective people practices and delivering solutions ?
Do you want to work in a supportive team with plenty of opportunities to be involved in every aspect of the People Team?

You’ll have
- Experience of working with senior managers to anticipate and pre-empt organisational issues
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal skills and self-motivation
- The ability to work with other teams to deliver projects
- Personal resilience, excellent time management and an eye for detail
We are particularly interested in hearing from people with some or all of the following:
- Experience of all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including, but not exclusive of EDI, Learning and Development, Business Partnering, Data Analysis and Talent Management
- Experience in a senior position and who can act as deputy to the Head of Department and assist in developing the people strategy and other associated tasks
- Can demonstrate how you've kept up to date with government policy and the changes in legislation to inform people practices

About The Role
You will be a role model for the organisations values and professional standards
Driving the delivery of our business and corporate plans for your own areas of responsibility
Ensure continuous improvement and identify opportunities and implement change leading to team development, system improvement and value for money
Role location: Mansfield with hybrid option
