Governance Officer
About The Role
We’re looking for a Governance Officer who understands what ‘good governance’ looks like, has an eye for the detail and who will live the ethos of #SahaOneTeam.
You will report to the Executive Director of Finance and ICT, and be the lead on all things Governance, supporting both the Exec team and the Board.
Your ability to build relationships at all levels is essential to ensure timely and well-presented information is available to ensure good governance decision making.
All our Board and committee meetings are in person, mainly London based. There will be some travel to other parts of England but always planned well in advance.
The rest of the time will be working from home.

You will be self-motivated and have a track record (as well as a love) of delivering high quality minutes, given we have over 30 meetings during the year.
