Photocopier Service Engineer - East Midlands ( Nottingham) - Salary Dependent on Experience

Client

My client are an industry leader within the Photocopier/MFD servicing industry, Covering a number of contracts throughout the East Midlands.

An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Nottinghamshire area for an experienced Photocopier/MFD Service Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

, Service, Maintenance, Commissioning to a range of Photocopiers/MFDs.

Main manufacturers include Konica, Toshiba & Lexmark, however they also work on a number of other brands (experience with these manufacturers would be desirable)

Achieve high first time fix level for calls
Deliver high levels of customer service & product training
Manage vehicle stock
Covering the areas of East Midlands

Requirements

Strong customer facing skills and experience
Excellent communication skills at all levels with the customer and organisation
Proven technical experience
Excellent IT knowledge, including networking


You must have a history within the Photocopier Servicing industry to apply for this position


Package

My client are paying an excellent salary and package.
Salary will depend on experience, You will also receive full training, Company vehicle, Pension, Mobile phone and Laptop
