CBW has an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrical/mechanical engineer to join an established FM company on a permanent basis.

This is covering a static site in the Birmingham area, with previous commercial experience being essential.

You will be carrying out PPM/reactive work, AHU/FCU filter changes and general FM duties across the building.

Autoclave knowledge is desirable but full training will be provided.

In exchange you will receive a salary of up to £36,000 and 24 days plus bank.

Hours:

08:00-16:00 Monday-Friday

Key responsibilities:

• Maintenance and repairs of all mechanical plant, services and physical assets including testing and routine fault finding outside of testing the autoclaves.
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & Colds)
• General building fabric
• Monitor mechanical plant

• Electrically  or mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2/3
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
