Salary: £24,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £45,000+)

Role Summary:
As a Business Development Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our growth by engaging in B2B cold calling to prospective clients.

Your goal will be to establish strong connections through effective fact-finding and rapport-building over the telephone.

You will be responsible for managing the CRM (Salesforce) meticulously, ensuring accurate and up-to-date notes on all interactions and effectively managing callbacks.

Pipeline management and lead generation will be vital to developing new business opportunities.

Meeting and exceeding personal targets will be a key measure of success in this role, as well as delivering an exceptional customer experience to all potential clients.

About you:
The successful candidate for this role will have a proven track record in B2B Outbound Telesales and Lead Generation, demonstrating a structured approach and strong objection-handling skills.

Excellent communication skills with a flawless telephone manner and the ability to build rapport will be key to your success.

You must possess strong influencing skills and be both a team player and an individual contributor.
