Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Commercial Building - SW, KT, UB and TW Postcodes - up to £36,500

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in South West London.

CBW is currently recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based across retail and baking environments in the SW, KT, UB and TW areas.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven commercial/property building maintenance track record.

He or she will be required to carry out Electrical planned and reactive maintenance.

This is a great local role for a potential candidate.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballasts, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Emergency lighting
• Small works – new sockets, new lights, new circuits
• Assisting in the mechanical maintenance on site
• Any reactive and planned maintenance on site

• Electrically qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 essential 
• City & Guild level 3 preferred 
• City & Guilds - 17th or 18th Edition if electrically bias 
• A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance 
• Installation experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Happy to cover a large site 
• Honest, hard-working and reliable

• Basic Salary of up to £36,500
• Monday to Friday 08.00 – 17.00
