Physiotherapy Manager

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Physiotherapy Manager to work in an exceptional private hospital service based in the Nottingham area.

You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers



This is a private hospital with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality healthcare for self pay/insured and NHS patients.

The private hospital treatments include full diagnostic and endoscopy procedures, weight loss surgery, orthopaedic surgery including spinal treatment, physiotherapy and cosmetic surgery

*You must have a HCPC and CSP registration and an excellent understanding of CSP Standards of Physiotherapy Practice and Rules of Professional Conduct

As the Physiotherapy Manager your key responsibilities include:



  • Operational management of the physiotherapy department on a day to day basis

  • Service development including audits and other quality assurance processes

  • Staff development and engagement including appraisals

  • Work effectively with other Heads of Departments, the Senior Leadership team and referrers

  • Ensure department compliance with all professional, clinical and integrated governance standards

  • Deliver excellent clinical care that is evidence based, safe, effective, caring and responsive to our patient's needs



The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:



  • Be confident in treating patients with complex presentations and have a commitment to the use of evidence-based practice

  • Have evidence of further professional training and continual professional development both managerially and clinically

  • Be a confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with the physiotherapy team, senior leadership team, patients and external stakeholders



The successful Physiotherapy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £50,000 per annum.

This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours a week.
