X2 Chef de Partie – Westminster, London – FM Service Provider - £14 per hour
CBW has an Exciting opportunity for two chefs to work for an established company situated in Wesminster, London.

The successful candidates will have a proven track record as a Chef and will be able to work Immediately on a flexible basis.

Hours of work & Shifts 
Starting immediately
 
X1 - Chef - 06:30am - 6:30pm - Saturday & Sunday - 37.5 hours a week / plus plenty of shifts available Monday to Friday
 
X1 - 10:00am - 10:00pm - Saturday & Sunday - 25 hour week  
 
Pay rate: £14.00 per hour
 
IMPORTANT – Please only apply if you can attend the days and times above and have a Level 2 Food and Hygiene Certificate. 
The successful candidate will have to be out through a DBS and a background check due to the site. 
 
Requirements

NVQ Level 2 Culinary or equivalent, Food hygiene certificate – Level 2 

Key Responsibilities

• Effective and efficient food production in line with recipe sheets
• Full knowledge of all menu items served
• Management of production to ensure minimal wastage
• Maintenance of food levels throughout all service periods
• Maintenance of food quality and brand standards
• Ensuring the maintenance of high hygiene and health and safety standards in line with the requirements and identify any anomalies and incidents
• Capturing and recording all volumes consumed and overproduction
• Assisting in the compilation of all shifts opening and closing checklists
• Discussing ideas or improvements with line manager
• Act as a trainer/ coach for new team members to learn procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks.
• Undertake relevant training as required
