Our Development Scheme, launched in 2017, has been searching for the future talent of Health & Safety for the past six years.

We believe in making training, studying, and working full-time feasible, both for you and for us.

If you've utilized the various lockdown downtime or have made the effort to upskill yourself or complete qualifications, this is the perfect chance to put that knowledge into practice.
What you want to know:
, This is a full-time, permanent role.
, You will spend time with all our experienced consultants, learning from others and bolstering out your overall H&S experience, ready for when you become a full-time field-based consultant.
, All training and qualifications are funded by us, and you are supported to get the balance of studying and working full-time right (we've been doing it 7 years, we know what works best!)
, You need to have Tech Iosh status to be enrolled into the programme, or at least show you are waiting for this.
, We upskill you via the NVQ route whilst also undertaking work in both our field, technical and content H&S teams.


, This scheme works towards a regional role which will involve travelling to/from client sites, so a full driving licence is needed (at least upon graduating out of the scheme)

The journey doesn't end there! After completing the program and attaining GradIOSH status, we'll continue to support you through our IPD/CPD program to achieve CMIOSH status while working as an H&S Field Consultant.
