Electrical Maintenance Engineer-Manchester-Up to £40,000 DOE

CBW has an excellent new opportunity for a fully qualified electrical engineer (Level 3, 18th ed and 2391) to join an established FM company.

This is working on a mobile basis covering the North West area on an office contract.

You will be carrying out various FM duties such as PPMs/reactive work.

Key responsibilities: 

• Completing PPM schedules on small works and reactive repairs.
  
  This will involve various skill sets, however you must be electrically qualified.
  
  You will be required to attend to reactive calls and ensure top quality work at all times.
• Providing a high level of customer service to a portfolio of clients 
• Lighting (small installations, fault finding, lamping etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control panels 
• PAT testing
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor 
• Maintain and update log books

• Must be qualified to City & Guilds Level 3 and 18th Edition preferred
• Must have 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification
• Must be experienced in building services engineering
• Some Mechanical knowledge would be preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to work on own initiative

• Salary up to £38,000 DOE
• 23 days plus bank
