Operations Manager

An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Operations Manager to supporting Registered Managers across 6 newly acquired services in the Norfolk Region.

As the Operations Manager your key responsibilities include:



  • You will work closely with the Registered Managers of the services in your region supported by various central functions, the rest of the Senior Management team and other Operations Managers.

  • With passion and focus you will build an environment where the company values can flourish and be responsible for ensuring that all company targets are achieved through your effective leadership

  • Promote the highest standards of care and service - ensuring quality standards are maintained within all aspects of the business

  • Develop key stakeholder relationships - seek opportunities to strengthen professional relationships and identify business development opportunities and networks

  • Take accountability for the region - driving compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements

  • Enhance the profitability of the business - set challenging business plans and budgets and manage performance against these.

    Ensure revenues are generated and costs are controlled

  • Take on an active leadership role - a visible leader in the business, driving change and promoting innovation

  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, sustainability, quality and other statutory requirements

  • Support ensuring a homely & safe environment that meets service user's individual needs and integration with the local community

  • Provide clinical input, guidance, practical support to the care Teams for the promotion of self-help/personal skills, domestic skills, socialisation, self-realisation and emotional awareness

  • To have extensive knowledge and understanding of the Care Quality Commission and service user's with learning disabilities and mental health needs



The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:



  • Demonstration of strong leadership and management qualities are essential, as is a dynamic and flexible approach to the role

  • Must be driven, motivated and committed to providing industry leading care and service.

    Experience of the Adult Learning Disabilities & Mental Health sector is essential

  • You will have a background of managing staff in an operational environment and of working at Operations Manager level already



The successful Operations Manager will receive an excellent salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.

This exciting position is a Full Time role working through Days.
