Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer-Midlands-Up to £38,000 DOE

CBW has an excellent new opportunity for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join an established FM company.

This is covering the Midlands region on a commercial contract.

Relevant commercial maintenance/small install experience is required as well as a full clean license.

Responsibilities:

• PPM & Reactive maintenance
• Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenance
• Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRV's, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
• Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
• Extensive building services knowledge

• NVQ Level 2 & 3 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Minimum)
• Fgas 2079 Cat 1 (Essential)
• Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
• Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces
• On-Call Rota.
• Good verbal and written communication is important, including the ability to use a mobile device.
• Self motivated and solutions focussed with the ability to work without supervision but also enjoy working as part of a team.
• Full Drivers License

• Salary of £38,000
• 40 hour week
