A dynamic German Speaking (native) CRM Executive is required for our client, a well-established boutique company, providing outsourced back-office services for sales and marketing activities and initiatives in the gaming sector.

Reporting to the CRM Brand Lead, the ideal candidate will have either 1 year experience in Customer Support in the iGaming industry, or 1 year in content/editorial writing (not necessarily iGaming).

Knowledge of Casino and Sports is a must!

What You Will Be Doing

• 
  Updating & managing the Swiss web and mobile sites, including translations, copywriting and keeping the content newsworthy
  


• 
  Creating Promotions in the areas Sports Betting, Casino and other gaming products and managing the execution from start to finish and report accordingly
  


• 
  Ensuring that internal and external marketing promotions are managed effectively
  


• 
  Planning, scheduling, drafting and executing CRM campaigns with various Email, SMS and Tele-Marketing Tools
  


• 
  Contributing ideas and recommendations to the marketing team
  


• 
  Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships across all teams
  


• 
  Creating German Copy from scratch and / or based on editorial concepts.
  


• 
  Setting up and creating Email campaigns, SMS and Tele-Marketing Campaigns
  


• 
  Analysing Email, SMS and Tele-Marketing Campaign efforts
  


• 
  Maintaining the Social Media strategy
  

What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role

• 
  Min.
  
  1 year of work experience in gaming or content
  


• 
  Native speaker German with excellent writing skills, French beneficial but not a must
  


• 
  The ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced culture and innovative marketing team, but also able to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of core processes and principles.
  


• 
  Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
  


• 
  Fluent in written/ spoken English
  


• 
  Basic HTML knowledge and interest in major Sports
