Mobile Electrician - HVAC and Energy Efficiency Controls specialist - Dundee / Tayside / Perth PAYE £20.42 / Circa £40,000 per annum 

A new and exciting opportunity for an experienced 18th Edition Electrician to join a niche HVAC and Energy efficiency control specialist.  You will have a strong electrical installation and maintenance background previously worked within the facilities / and building maintenance sector.  Even better if you have already got experience within the controls industry! This company has a strong reputation with working with excellent blue chip companies, hospitals, council buildings and office blocks.   You will be joining a company that is driven by Directors that have a strong reputation within this market.   If you can demonstrate a strong FM / Maintenance background and looking to develop into the control industry this is the opportunity for you! 

Hours of work:

Monday - Thursday 08.00-16.30

Friday - Early finish! 15.00

Duties & Responsibilities : 

• Build and install electrical control panels
• Repair and maintain various electrical components 
• Install and repair electrical wiring, systems and fixtures in commercial buildings
• Troubleshoot electrical wiring systems 

• 18th edition and full apprenticeship 
• Previous install and building maintenance experience
• Building maintenance control experience 
• Driving license 
• Keen to be trained in the service industry and control system

• Salary circa 40K
