Financial Accountant required for an innovative and growing Poker / Gaming / Tech Company with ambitious plans for global expansion in 2023 to help develop the finance function at this exciting time.

This is a role at a pivotal time for the business and will grow along with the business.

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing business at a time of large-scale growth, it will offer the individual a chance to get involved from the beginning and play a huge part in the business.

The Financial Accountant role will be very hands on initially with the scope to hire a large finance team in the next 18 months.

What You Will Be Doing

• 
  

  Preparation of PSP reconciliations.
  
  Strong knowledge of PSP accounting and processes is necessary.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with management of the day to day finances eg AP, AR, Payroll, revenue reconciliations.

  
  


• 
  

  Monthly accruals preparation and posting for month closing.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts together with supporting schedules and management information.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with budgeting and forecasting.

  
  


• 
  

  Tax and statutory returns.

  
  


• 
  

  Various other ad hoc duties as required.

  
  


• 
  

  Operational involvement.

  
  

What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role

• 
  

  1/2 year's post qualification experience, preferably coming from a gaming industry.

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of PSP reconciliations and processes.

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of Cypriot and Curacao GAAP/company law an advantage.

  
  


• 
  

  Self-motivating and able to work on own initiative.

  
  


• 
  

  Very good working knowledge of excel.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience working with accounting packages.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and analytical skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Must be an EU resident
