Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer-Sedgefield-Up to £34,000

CBW has an excellent new opportunity for an experienced FM engineer to join a leading FM company on a permanent basis.

This role is located in Sedgefield and previous building maintenance experience (PPM/reactive work) is required.

The client is keen to progress any candidates willing to go through training with career progression being a great benefit of this company! Below are all the details on this new opportunity:

Hours of work:

  • 08:00-16:30 (Mon-Fri)
  • On call 1in4
Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballasts, Control panel, Power distribution)
  • Emergency lighting
  • Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)
  • Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
  • Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
  • BMS System - Monitor (i.e.

    Hot & Colds)
  • General building fabric
  • Monitor mechanical plant
Requirements

  • Electrically  or mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2/3
  • Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled
  • Good communication skills
