CBW have an excellent opportunity for an experienced facilities administrator to join a leading renewables company! This is an excellent opportunity for you to join a company that will truly invest in you and help you progress within the construction industry.

 You will be working within the compliance team, organising various contractors documents into databases and carrying out various administrative duties.

This is an office based role working Monday-Friday 9-5.

Below are more details on this unique opportunity! 

Key responsibilities:

Ensuring surveys are completed properly. 
Ensuring paperwork is done correctly and handed in to the office. 
Taking calls from assessors and taking correct information. 
To liase with other departments within the business to ensure workflow is maintained.

Heating team and insulation must be regularly updated with measures that can be booked out for install. 
To keep regular contact with assessors to make sure they are on track with daily appointments. 
To update the system with job results. 
Ensure all assessor paperwork is thoroughly checked and scanned onto system
