Salary: £ 25- 33k per annum, depending on experience
Summary of role:
Part of a highly successful Europe-wide group with a turnover in excess of £400m, H2eCommerce, based in Cheshire, operates market-leading online retailers Cartridge People and Cartridge Shop.
The company has recently diversified into the supply of 3D products such as 3D printers, filaments and parts to the UK market, which is based on the Group's already strong 3D eCommerce presence in the Netherlands.
Due to company growth, we are looking for an experienced Social Media Executive to take responsibility for the development and content of the Cartridge People and 123-3D social media channels.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
, Responsible for creating the social media strategy for our e-commerce brands.
Responsible for managing and creating organic content for the brands across all social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok).
, Lead the development of our social media presence and optimise our platform activity.
, Work with the Campaign Manager and in-house production team to create compelling content and creative storytelling using a wide range of media types such as text posts, infographics, Insta stories and reels, Tik Tok, LinkedIn live images, video etc.
, Manage and report on paid social activity specifically for Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram.
, Monitor and anticipate trends- create original, current, shareable content.
, Monitor competitors' content.
, Sign off all scheduled content.
Ensure copy and imagery is in line with the brand guidelines and social strategy.
, Identify relevant creators and influencers to work with and form partnerships.
, Be proactive with new and emerging platforms.
Grow an engaged follower base across our platforms.
, Complete monthly performance reports on all key metrics including followers, engagement, traffic and conversion.
, Manage the social media budget, ensuring spend is aligned with budget.
, Provide support to the designers and marketing team as and when required.
, Simultaneously manage multiple work requests, prioritising your workload in line with team demand.
Skills Required:
, 2+ year's experience in a social media role either in-house or agency.
, Experience in growing brands for e-commerce business.
, All education is welcome
, Ability to develop and implement long-term brand growth strategies.
, Experience of managing paid social activity and budgets.
, Proven ability to evaluate performance.
, Passionate about current social media trends and techniques.
, Creative thinker, able to develop engaging and creative content.
Strong copywriter skills.
Natural storyteller.
, Excellent communication skills.
Personable character, confident to build rapport and business relationships.
, Excellent organisation and time management skills with experience of managing multiple projects and working to team deadlines.
, Experience of community management.
, Excellent written English skills.
Keen eye for both grammar and detail.
, Able to work on own initiative and independently, as well as part of a team.
, Experience of working in a digital marketing/ eCommerce environment would be advantageous.
