Registered Nurse

An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care centre within the Daventry, Northamptonshire area.

You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers

This care centre provides specialist inpatient neurological rehabilitation and complex care for people with neurological illnesses, acquired brain and spinal cord injuries

*To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Nurse either RGN, RMN or RNLD with a current active NMC Pin

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Participate as a full member of the nursing team in the assessing, planning, implementation and evaluation of individual care plans including other relevant agencies as appropriate


• Provide ongoing monitoring, support and assessment of residents' physical and physiological needs


• Be aware of the effects of prescribed medication, advising residents and liaising and/or informing other health professionals as necessary or required


• Maintain safe custody, accurate administration and recording of drugs at all times


• Be aware of and have regard for the advice from the NMC and other statutory bodies in relation to professional matters


• Develop Key Worker roles and facilitate training for all junior staff and students


• Maintain concise records and provide reports as necessary


• Attend mandatory training courses and participate/conduct relevant research at the direction of the Home Manager ensuring NMC clinical governance criteria are met

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent annual salary of £28,293 - £36,986 per annum.
