X2 Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – Moorgate, London – Up to £44,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Moorgate, London has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting two Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to be based in a luxury commercial office for a high-profile blue-chip client located near Moorgate, London working on Landlord services.

He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Mechanical building maintenance.

• Monday to Friday – 07:00 am to 16:00 pm / 09:00 am to 18:00 pm

• Monitor mechanical plant
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc
• Monitor the BMS systems.
• Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)
• General building fabric
• Escort specialist subcontractors

• Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3
• F-Gas
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
