Role:                Scrum Master

Location:         Remote (occasional travel to head office in Northampton required) 

Salary:             £55,000 to £60,000 + Car allowance (£5,000)

 

My client, a leading financial services organisation, are looking to recruit a scrum master to work in the development team to facilitate and coach the Scrum team(s) and broader organisation and to understand and apply Scrum theory and practice.

The candidate will have strong experience working in an Agile environment, and have excellent stakeholder management skills, as they will be the link between the Scrum team and other areas of the business. 

Key Skills/Experience;

• Solid awareness of the Agile manifesto and its principles.
• Experience of changing organisational, team or department mind sets, cultures and structures.
• Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum and / or Kanban.
• Practical experience of working in a Cloud environment.
• ADO (Azure DevOps) knowledge desirable.
• Practical experience working with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/ Continuous Deployment).
• Leadership experience - advantageous
• Proven Facilitation, Coaching & Mentoring skills.
• Professional Scrum Master Qualification desirable.
• ITIL Framework qualification desirable
