Kitchen Assistant  – FM Service Provider – Witney - Central London - Temporary- £11.50 per hour


Exciting opportunity for an experienced Kitchen Assistant to work for an established Facilities company on a unique site based in Witney.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record working in hospitality and can start immediately.



Hours/details available:


Monday - Friday 

Shift options - 7:00am - 15:00pm (7 hours per day, 60 minute unpaid break)

                     7:30am - 15:30pm (7 hours per day, 60 minute unpaid break)


Important – Must have previous experience working in the role above and be able to start immediately.

 

Responsibilities & Duties (Kitchen Porter)

• Ensuring all food hygiene regulations are adhered to, in particular HACCP regulations
• Checking in of food deliveries ensures that only the highest standard of produce is accepted into the units.
• Ensuring that all food storage complies with food hygiene regulations and that F.I.F.O stock rotation system is being followed
• Cleaning duties associated with service and related equipment and/or furniture
• Preparation of service area and/or service points
• Correct storage of food items and equipment after service
• Maintain personal hygiene, appearance and uniform to company regulations at all times
• Comply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company’s health and safety policy
• Monitor and record food and equipment temperatures.
• Helping with the salad bar
