A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Theatre Practitioner - Anaesthetics to work in an exceptional private hospital based in the Banbury, Oxfordshire area.

As the Theatre Practitioner your key duties include:



  • To deliver safe quality care for patients during their perioperative phase of care.

    To support and assist in the management and organisation of care provision within the Operating Department

  • To lead and manage a team, coordinating staff training needs and resource requirements within a peri-operative function or surgical specialty

  • Assist in the delivery of patient care

  • Contribute to quality improvement

  • Develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of others and self

  • Apply and promote best evidence based practice within own scope of practice



The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:



  • Previous experience within Theatre

  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business

  • A passion for delivering an excellent patient-focus service

  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent time management

  • Sound written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required

  • Demonstrated computer skills



The successful Theatre Practitioner will receive an excellent salary up to £37,000 per annum DOE.

This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours a week.
