Are you passionate about the delivery of sustainable procurement? Do you want to be able to influence the achievement of sustainable procurement outcomes?  If yes, we have an exciting new role as part of our expanding team to develop and embed how we deliver our new sustainability plan and objectives within our procurements opportunities.  This provides an opportunity to work with a wide variety of stakeholders.

You will be a great communicator who is able to listen, interpret the needs of the business whilst being able to influence to achieve the right sustainable and commercial outcomes using your experience.
You’ll be preferably CIPS qualified or progressing towards its achievement (we can support you on this).  Having significant experience within sustainable procurement including tackling modern slavery through supply chains and being able to ensure social value sits at the heart of the services we deliver.
The role gives a great opportunity to embed sustainability within our contracts and help to make a better future for people and the environment in mining areas. 
You will need to self-sufficient and importantly be able to work as part of a supportive Procurement team and to be able to inspire team members.
We don’t expect candidates to meet every single desired qualification.
