Responsibilities:

Handling incoming customer enquiries and providing timely and accurate quotations for equipment hire.
Coordinating and scheduling equipment deliveries, collections, and installations.
Maintaining accurate records of equipment availability, bookings, and customer details.
Collaborating closely with internal teams, including operations and logistics, to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the hire process, providing exceptional customer support.

Requirements:

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
