Sirona Medical are seeking for a Band 6 Physiotherapist for a Rehabilitation Team.

As a Band 6 Physiotherapist for a Rehab Team, you will work closely with patients who require rehabilitation services, including those who have suffered from strokes, heart attacks, and musculoskeletal injuries.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing rehabilitation programs to help patients regain their strength, mobility, and independence.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations
Develop and implement rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs
Provide education and support to patients and their families on managing their condition and promoting their recovery
Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and speech and language therapists, to provide coordinated care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and protocols
Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives to ensure high standards of care
Mentor and supervise junior physiotherapists and support staff
Keep up-to-date with developments in physiotherapy practice and research, and apply this knowledge to clinical practice
 
Qualifications:
Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
Relevant post-graduate qualifications or training in rehabilitation
Proven experience in rehabilitation services, preferably in a hospital or community setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and clinical priorities
Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement
