Electrical Maintenance Engineer-Birmingham-Static Site-Up to £38,000 DOE

CBW has an excellent new opportunity for an electrical maintenance engineer to join a leading facilities company on a permanent basis.

This role requires the candidate to be electrically qualified with extensive plant room maintenance experienced.

This is covering one site in Birmingham and you must be comfortable and confident to be customer facing.

You will be working alongside a fabric engineer carrying out various duties such as plant room maintenance/lamp changes/PPM work.

This role has great career progression potential for the right candidate with the relevant experience.

Hours:

08:00-17:00 Monday-Friday 

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor mechanical plant
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc
• Monitor the BMS systems.
• Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)

• Electrically/Mechanical qualified (Level 3)
• Customer facing 
• Experience working on plant rooms in tenant properties 
• Willing to progress 

• Salary of up £38,000
• 25 days plus bank
