CBW are currently representing a number clients including leading FM service providers, client direct and managing agents in London, who are currently looking for Contract Managers, Supervisors, Asset surveyors, Electricians, Mechanical Engineers, M&E Shift Engineers, Plumbers, Fabric Engineers, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineers, Painters & Decorators, Contract support, Helpdesk and administrators to name a few.    They are able to offer flexible work from short to long term temporary work, shift covers (Days & nights), Holiday and sickness cover, weekend work, temp to perm, mobile, foot mobile and static.

He or she will have the opportunity to work in a number of different environments including; Blue chip commercial offices, Museums, Universities, Hotel's, Banks, London landmarks, Listed buildings, Retail, Stadiums, Government buildings and High end residential properties.

The successful candidates will be qualified in their respective trades/disciplines or have a proven track record within building maintenance.

In return the companies are offering competitive rates and in some cases the opportunity to be considered for full time work.

  Hours of work (Examples)   Continental shift work (Days & Nights) - 07:00am to 19:00pm & 19:00pm to 07:00am 4on 4off Weekends Monday to Friday - 07:00am to 16:00pm, 08:00am to 17:00pm, 09:00am to 18:00pm & 10:00am to 19:00pm   Requirements

Qualified in your trade - City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates if applicable 
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled
