CBW has a excellent new opportunity for an electrical maintenance engineer to join a leading FM company covering the Midlands (Birmingham and surrounding areas).

You will cover various commercial contracts (offices/supermarkets) and should be comfortable with PPM, reactive maintenance and other building maintenance duties.

You must have relevant electrical  qualifications (17th/18th ed) and come from a FM background.

Key responsibilities:

• Completing PPM schedules on small works and reactive repairs.
  
  This will involve various skill sets, however you must be electrically qualified.
  
  You will be required to attend to reactive calls and ensure top quality work at all times.
• Providing a high level of customer service to a portfolio of clients 
• Lighting (small installations, fault finding, lamping etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control panels 
• PAT testing
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor 
• Maintain and update log books

• Electrically qualified (17th/18th edition)
• Testing & Inspection 
• Full clean driving license 
• Previous FM experience 

• Salary up to £38,000 DOE
• 23 days plus bank
