Location: Home based with regular visits to our Meadowhall office and client site visits
Hours: 08:30 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Up to £32,000 + lucrative commission scheme based on client upsell

We are looking to expand our successful Health and Safety Consultancy team; and are looking for the absolute best to join us.

These skills will sit amongst a team who reported the best engagement scores across the company in 2022.

What you will do:
, Providing advice and support to potential and existing clients through verbal and written communications (telephone, email, written reports etc)
, Preparation and production of Health & Safety specific document writing based upon client's request
, Attending client's sites to undertake the following: Health & Safety Audits, Accreditation Assistance visits, Health & Safety Training, Accident Investigation, and other Health & Safety related consultancy services.
, Proactively creating, reviewing, assessing and provide guidance on HS Direct's available content both internally and via the website
, Ensuring the Internal Contact Management system data is complete and up to date
, Maintaining ongoing relationships with customers by delivering a first-class service, whilst promoting our company values
, Where appropriate, ensuring customers are getting the best out of our service by informing them of other products within our portfolio
, Providing mentoring assistance and support to other team members as required and appropriate

Who we are looking for:
, Cohesive team worker
, Background in Health & Safety legislative knowledge (CDM 2015 focus is desirable).
, Excellent telephone manner
, Full Driving License
, Flexible approach to problem-solving
, Ability to be able to prioritise workload
, NEBOSH Certification and beyond (with the option to complete further qualifications)
, The ability to deliver training under a formal qualification such as Emergency First Aid would be desirable
