CBW has an opportunity for an electrically qualified engineer to carry out PPM/reactive maintenance work for a short term basis.

This is working within a static building in the Birmingham City Center area.

You must have a facilities management background.

Below are all the details on this opportunity:

Hours/Contract Length:

Contract running until 26/6/23 08:00-17:00

Key responsibilities:

• Completing PPM schedules on small works and reactive repairs.
  
  This will involve various skill sets, however you must be electrically qualified.
  
  You will be required to attend to reactive calls and ensure top quality work at all times.
• Providing a high level of customer service to a portfolio of clients 
• Lighting (small installations, fault finding, lamping etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control panels 
• PAT testing
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor 
• Maintain and update log books

• Electrically/Mechanically qualified (Level 2/3)
• Basic PPE requirements of Safety Boots, Vis Vest & Hearing Protection
• Previous building maintenance experience
