Market Supplement:
In addition to the salary above, this role currently attracts a market supplement of £250 per month, subject to tax and NI contributions, which is in place until 29 February 2024.

This is subject to review.

We are now recruiting for 2 Surveyors.

It is an exciting time to join our team as we undertake programmes of work to ensure the housing stock we manage and maintain is supporting our objectives to reduce our carbon footprint, to ensure our buildings are efficient and to support tenants to keep energy bills low.


The successful candidate will have previous experience as a surveyor, ideally within a social housing context, will have experience of JCT, PPC and other forms of contract and will have an HNC qualification, or equivalent / above, in a relevant subject area.

We are looking for individuals who are output focused, can plan and prioritise their own workload, can work effectively with colleagues and partners and who share our values.


As part of the role, you will plan and deliver building surveying and tenant liaison services ensuring that value for money is delivered through all projects and that resources are effectively targeted.

This will include, but not be limited to, undertaking general property surveys, developing project briefs, preparing specifications and drawings, and effectively managing relevant contracts.




*Current pay offer £1,925 per annum on all scale points, still under negotiation
