Clinical Deputy Manager

An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Clinical Deputy Manager to work in an exceptional care centre based in the Basingstoke, Hampshire area.

You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

The care centre specialises in long and short nursing care for elderly people that are living with dementia.

They provide high levels of support on an individual basis, with every resident with their own named carer

*To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Nurse either RGN or RMN Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As the Clinical Deputy Manager your key responsibilities include:

• You will provide effective leadership and direction to the team and support the Registered Service Manager in the clinical and operational management of the service to make a difference


• You will also take a significant role in the management of the staff team


• You will have an effective way of communicating with your team


• Above all, act as a champion for everything that you do

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of post-qualification Practice in a health and social care setting with older people


• Previous experience of leading a team


• Great written and verbal skills for communication and understanding


• Good IT skills and confidence in computer based work


• Able to show a can-do attitude always

The successful Clinical Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary £37,855.82 per annum.

This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours on Days.
