We have an exciting role for a new member to join as a Business Development Executive, this is a vital role providing effective and efficient support to our Sales and Account Management departments.
The role is a blend of Sales Administration and Customer Service and will suit someone who is dynamic and comfortable dealing with our clients.
Our industry is very fast-paced, you need the ability to be proactive to ensure that tasks are completed to a high standard whilst being a problem solver to ensure client's service queries are dealt with.
Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities:
, Answer incoming calls and provide an excellent first contact service to all incoming clients and potential clients.
, Work with the sales and Account Management teams to understand client requirements prior to undertaking work on business development documentation.
, Complete business development documentation for the sales team to use in meetings and presentations utilising the relevant software (currently InDesign.)
, Provide the Sales and Account Management teams with the relevant support needed to help them close business on an ad hoc basis.
, Carry out general administration duties associated with the sales and Account Management teams on an ad hoc basis.
, Produce monthly client reports for the Account Management team.
, Attend a weekly sales meeting to discuss overall performance vs targets for the team.
, Allocate inbound leads to the sales team with the input of HOBD using the business-allocated CRM (currently Salesforce.)
, Regularly and proactively update knowledge of the Digital Marketing industry and keep fully up to date with Click Consult's approach to our services and tools.
, Attend relevant training sessions to keep knowledge fully up to date
, Attend internal sales meetings if required to assist in delivering pitches.
, Overseeing of contract handovers from the Business Development team to the Account Management team.
The ideal candidate would:
, Have Intermediate understanding of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

, Be highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload
, Have the ability to work within a dynamic and vibrant team
, Possess good relationship-building skills
