Salary - £24,000 to £29,000 dependant on previous experience plus many benefits

The role

We are looking for a driven and motivated individual to join our expanding SEO team.

You'll work alongside our account management and content marketing teams and be responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies.

You'll work on a small portfolio of clients and take responsibility for their organic visibility.

We work as a team to ensure what we deliver is best in class and need someone that can share in our values and success.

Specific responsibilities will include:
, Conduct keyword research, content gap analysis and plan the keyword and content strategy for your clients.
, Undertake technical SEO and site speed audits to find and remove any impediments to SEO performance on clients websites.
, Conduct content and link profile analysis on our clients and their competitors websites to discover vertical trends and determine weaknesses and opportunities for our clients.
, Constantly monitor clients SEO performance, and report findings back to the Account Management and Senior Management teams.
, Work closely with our copywriters and content marketing team to ensure successful execution of your clients content and link strategies.
, Attend and contribute to internal strategy planning meetings to help define the most relevant and effective strategies and best SEO practice for your clients.
, Attend the occasional client meeting or conference call when required to support the Account Manager with SEO queries.

Relevant skills and experience includes:
, A genuine passion for SEO
, Basic to intermediate programming experience e.g.

HTML and CSS
, Experience using industry-standard tools, such as Screaming Frog, Google Analytics & Google Search Console.
, Ability to manage own workload to ensure that individual, team and company targets are achieved
, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
, Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint
, Ability to work in a team environment and support/develop colleagues
, Ability to use FTP and database management software
, Basic knowledge of Javascript and PHP
, Relevant further education include Computer Science, Business Studies and Marketing
