CBW has a excellent new opportunity for an commercial gas engineer engineer to join a leading FM company covering the Midlands on a mobile basis (Birmingham and surrounding areas).

You will cover various commercial contracts (offices/supermarkets) and should be comfortable with servicing and maintenance of gas systems as well as turning your hand to other building maintenance duties.

You must have relevant commercial gas qualifications and come from a FM background.

Key responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for delivering, services, repairs and maintenance of a wide range of commercial buildings within commercial gas and air conditioning 
• Planned maintenance throughout clients portfolio of properties 
• Mechanical maintenance of AC systems 
• Self delivery of smaller installations 
• Electrical wiring of commercial boilers
• Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings repairing and maintaining various systems. 
• Have the ability to diagnose and identify faults and failures within the equipment 
• Order and fit parts or components to the equipment when required.
• Reactive and planned commercial maintenance 
• Providing high level of customer service and building strong relationship

• Commercial GasSafe qualifications, COCN1/CODNCO1 minimum
• Good commercial gas maintenance knowledge
• Extensive experience working within a commercial environments
• Building services knowledge 

• Salary up to £40,000 DOE
• 23 days plus bank
