CBW have an excellent new opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a leading FM company covering Manchester and the surrounding area.

This will be covering a commercial contract that requires the right candidate to have experience working on mechanical/electrical systems.  Below are more details on this opportunity including it's benefits!

Hours:

08:00-17:00 Monday-Friday 

Key Responsibilities:

• Completes PPM tasks in line with the yearly planner to the HVAC equipment 
  within the contracts, for example:
  o FCUs (Replacing Motors, Valves, Controls)
  o AHUs
  o Pumps
  o Motors
  o Lighting & Emergency Lighting
  o Plumbing tasks (Ball Valves, Toilet Systems, Control Valves)
  o Electrical task (Ballasts, Batteries, Small Installs)
  o L8 Water Hygiene Tasks
• To carry out PPM duties to the relevant schedule when covering engineers.
• To make sure all site paperwork is kept up to date and sent to office at required 
  frequency.
• Audits completed and action points highlighted to be resolved by yourself and 
  noted.
• To carry out reactive works when requested within an acceptable timeframe.
• Provide clear and detailed information when quotations are to be provided.
• Ensure that sub-contractors used carry out work in accordance with company 
  instructions.

• Level 3 Electrically qualified/Mechanically qualified
• Relevant commercial maintenance experience
• Willing to have a DBS check
• Full clean driving license 

• Salary up to £37,000 DOE
• OT at a flat rate of time and 2/3 to a maximum of £28.00ph 
• Work Monday-Friday 8-5
• Van
