CBW has an opportunity for an electrically qualified engineer to carry out PPM/PAT testing work for a short term basis.

This is working within a static commercial building in the Preston area.

You will be budying up with another engineer and must be either electrically/mechanically qualified.

Hours/Contract Length:

11/4/23-14/4/23 08:00-17:00

Key responsibilities:

 

• Completing PPM schedules on small works and reactive repairs.
  
  This will involve various skill sets, however you must be electrically qualified.
  
  You will be required to attend to reactive calls and ensure top quality work at all times.
• Providing a high level of customer service to a portfolio of clients 
• Lighting (small installations, fault finding, lamping etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control panels 
• PAT testing
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor 
• Maintain and update log books
