CBW has an excellent opportunity for an experienced fabric engineer to carry out general maintenance duties in a large static commercial property.

This role is temporary with a minimum 3 month contract.

However, with the right candidate this could move to be a permanent position working for an established FM company. 
The candidate should have relevant FM experience as a fabric engineer or relevant joinery experience. 

Hours of work/Pay rate:

08:00-16:30 Monday-Friday beginning on Tuesday the 11th of April
£11.77PAYE/£15 Limited

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure all record keeping functions are completed on a Daily basis, these will include but not be limited to the following:
• Carry out general building repair and maintenance
• Changing of locks, door closures and door furniture
• Basic plumbing and small leak repairs
• Painting, decorating and making good
• Fitting of carpet tiles
• Assist engineers where possible
• General carpentry skills
• Carrying out PPM tasks
• Filter changes
• Plant checks
• Complete suitable risk assessments prior to undertaking work and complete the appropriate documentation in full
• To provide all-round fabric duties inside multiple commercial office buildings supporting the infrastructure of the building, complying with the Health & Safety/building codes of practice.
