Helpdesk Administrator

Immediate start for a Temp Helpdesk Administrator (Facilities company) - Newcastle - PAYE £12.02 / Umbrella £15.22

Duration and Hours of work:

  • This is a contract position up until 11th July 2023
  • Hours of work 09.00-17.30 Monday to Friday 
Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Manage CAFM system as key user on site including PPM records, reactives and purchase orders for engineers & subcontractors.
  • Answer calls/email for the business in a timely fashion
  • Ensure all Reactive requests raised on the helpdesk have the correct priority/engineer assigned.
  • Ensure communication is maintained throughout reactive job life between Facilities Team and end user(s).

    Where possible apply RFT and close calls over phone without requirement for assignment
  • Liaise with Supervisors and Management team daily/weekly to ensure quality of service is maintained.
  • Actively identify/implement innovation across the contract to enhance performance and continue to meet client expectations.
  • Provide comprehensive reports relating to all jobs raised through the CAFM system.
  • Understand procedures and processes and operate them to the required standard. 
To be considered:

  • Previous helpdesk experience within the facilities environment 
  • Good customer service experience
  • IT literate
