We have an excellent opportunity for a registered manager to join our successful and well-established domiciliary care service that operates in the North Wales counties of Conwy, Denbighshire and Gwynedd.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the sector and assist in the development and growth of the business, whilst maintaining high standards of person-centred care.

Duties including but not limited to
, You will be accountable for the overall management and quality of care provided by the services You'll ensure that the service operates in line with all statutory and regulatory requirements
, Liaising with regulators, clients, social workers and other associated professionals
, Daily management and positive support of the care staff
, Overseeing the Gwynedd satellite office
, Being available to work on call on the rota

The ideal candidate
, Minimum 3 years experience in a management role.

Preferably domiciliary care
, Registered with social care Wales
, Excellent organisational and communication skills
, QCF level 5 in health and social care
, You will be passionate and driven to be an instrumental part of growing and development of the service
, You can demonstrate a positive vision of homecare and how you will influence positive change
, Strong IT skills and experience of online roster software
, Hold a full UK driving licence
