2M Employment Solutions (2MES) is a provider of great-value, fixed-price recruitment solutions, with a track record for providing great services that lead to high-level client retention.

Working from the leads provided, you will call companies to establish needs and inform them how our services will provide solutions to their problems.

Reporting to the company director, you will have a mix of full-lifecycle sales opportunities, including closing the deal, with smaller employers, plus appointment setting with larger, higher-needs, employers.

The key to success in this role is high-energy, making high-volume calls to fact-find, develop rapport, and build knowledge of our services and trust in our business.

Working from wherever you want, you will need a PC/Mac/Laptop, plus a high-speed internet connection.

Experience within Telesales or Telemarketing is essential as you will be expected to hit the ground running - with a good understanding of basic sales CRM systems and Zoom meetings/chat and a passion for hunting out New Business.

You may be required to have the occasional face-to-face meetings with prospects and clients as and when required too.

Core sales hours that need covering are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
