Receptionist/Administrator-Glasgow-Up to £24,000

CBW has a brand new opportunity for a receptionist to join a leading construction team.

You will be responsible for greeting clients, booking in visitors and other general admin duties.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team and have your work truly valued! Below are more details on this opportunity:


  • Monday-Thursday 08:30-17:00
  • Friday 08:00-15:00
  • 45 minute lunch 
Key responsibilities:

  • Booking site accommodations 
  • To welcome guests and visitors and ensure you offer a warm welcome
  • Carrying out all necessary operations when guests arrive i.e.

    check-in / check out
  • To be the first point of contact for all members and to deal with all situations in a courteous and professional manner in person and on the phone
  • Respond to a wide range of members requirements and promote facilities
  • Other general admin duties such as filling and updating workers mileage 
Essential Skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Passionate about providing and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary 
  • Have operational knowledge of all front of house services and know-how to access these services to meet the members’ requirements
